I would recommend “Major Scales for Piano and Keyboard” because it is very clear as to what key to play with sharps and flats and which fingers to use. Also, playing two octaves is very fun.

I have tried the scales in every key from RebeccasPianoKeys and found they are very easy to accomplish. The fact that Rebecca noted the sharps and flats next to the note as accidentals helped me to remember to play them correctly. It is also helpful to have the crossovers and tuck-unders noted with a circle.
